Cornia Baby

oh wow can it be!
We are so happy to announce we are going to have a baby! This is a huge miracle from heavenly father! We feel blessed beyond words can describe! I remember praying so much for this when i was in the temple in July to my surprise i was already pregnant, I just didn't know, lol. I also remember reading an article i the June Ensign that i want to share.  https://www.lds.org/ensign/2012/06/learning-to-cope-with-infertility?lang=eng . I remember as i read this message it gave me great peace at heart. I thank my heavenly father for all the blessings. I do know in return for these amazing blessings he is asking just a few things but of us.
Yes it really is!

Just one baby!
Ok so info: I am 7 weeks pregnant and we are due March 20 2013. The baby had a great heartbeat and is healthy and perfect. I do have some complications. I have uterine fibroid s. Mine are pretty big and one is right under the baby. The big one is to the side of the baby and the one causing me pain. The baby feels no pain just me. I get dual or sharp pains. There isn't anything they can do about them beside just watch them. They may grow w my uterus or they may not, they can even lose blood supply and die(which is good but will hurt me). We will pray everything will be OK. And we both know it will be!
I have a good strong heatbeat!

I am in 4D the head and the body!
We love you baby!

Callings-Primary Pres & Executive Secretary

So last month our ward split. They actually redid the boundaries for the Boise Central Stake, so many other wards w in the stake changed. We were in the bitterooot ward and we taught sunbeams together. We are now in the Colehaven ward. Last week was the craziest week of our lives. On Tuesday i was extended the calling as the Primary President , i am excited and nervous. I have so much to learn but i have learned so much already. Than on Thursday someone from the high council came over and extended the call to Kasey as the ward Executive Secretary, which i know he will do an amazing job at and we will support each other so much. We are each active in our callings now. I will learn so much and can't wait to bring my talents to the calling. Our lives just got busier lol. There is one more thing but i will write about later. we feel we have been so blessed. Life has given us so many wonderful gifts and its time to give back.

I am so grateful for such a wonderful husband. He has helped me so much threw this, physically and mentally! I am so grateful for all my blessings! I am so grateful for the love from all!  Now i hope to have a clean bill of health for a while.

Easy Parmesan Chicken

I love crock-pot meals and we got this really cool crock-pot cookbook for a wedding gift. It as awesome recipes in it, like real ones i would use. I cooked this today. I love to come home and especially on fast Sunday to dinner all cooked, for the most part. So i will share the recipe.

Easy Parmesan Chicken

8OZ of mushrooms, sliced
1 medium Onion, cut into thin wedges
1 tbsp olive oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 jar (24-26oz) traditional Italian spaghetti  sauce
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
hot cooked spaghetti

Place mushrooms and onion in the crock-pot slow cooker. Heat oil in a large skillet over med high heat and light brown both sides of chicken. Place chicken in crock-pot. Pour Italian sauce over chicken, add basil, oregano and the bay leaf. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hrs or high 3-4 hours, or until chicken is tender. Remove and discard bay leaf.
Sprinkle chicken w cheeses.
tips:
I never follow the directions all the way i love to make things my own. so this is what i did.
You can use canned mushrooms but just use a small can. I used chicken tenders as i didn't have breast but all the same. I didn't stir the seasonings around till 2 hours after i put in(which was right before i left for church.) It probably only took 5 hrs to cook on low. I started cooking the pasta and i sprinkled Italian bread crumbs lightly on-top. I than used an Italian cheese blend and sprinkled on top of chicken and sauce. I covered it to melt  while i finished the pasta and etc.

If dairy products are added too early they can curdle.

Enjoy!
